• John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I was picking out our new refrigerator. We needed a new one quickly and John was able to get it to us in less than 3 days. The delivery was very smooth, they were very careful, made sure everything looked good and was working properly before leaving. We will be purchasing all of our future appliances from Associated Appliance in Monroe.

• I am very careful with my money and was pleasantly surprised that Associated was actually LESS expensive than the Home Depot for the exact same range! Not only that, I paid extra to have stainless handles put on my white appliance-something that that I never could have gotten at a big box store. John the salesman was knowledgeable and polite.

• Had a water leak and problem with ice maker. Jim the service person was a pleasure to deal with. On time knew what refrigerator needs and performed service in a timely manner. Andy the scheduling person was extremely helpful in getting service done on a day and time that worked for me. If I have need of a business to help me with appliances I would use Associated in a heartbeat
